On 15 April 2021, a meeting of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Economy and Finance was held in the format of videoconference.
Draft model recommendations in the field of public-private partnership in CIS Member States were considered and the results of activity of the IPA CIS Expert Council on Economy were heard. Proposals were made to include a number of documents in the draft IPA CIS Legislative Perspective Plan.
First of all, these are draft model laws «On Technology Transfer and Measures to Support and Regulate it in the CIS Member States», «On Digital Space, its Infrastructure and Regulation in the CIS Member States», and draft Recommendations on the Development of Cooperation among the CIS Member States in the Field of Economic Security.
The Commission members also approved the draft model laws “On Digital Financial Assets» and «On Public Procurement» and individual chapters of the model Tax Code for the CIS Member States, which will be sent to the parliaments of the IPA CIS Member States for an expert opinion.
The meeting was attended by deputies of the House of Representatives Aleksandr Bobolovich, Vasily Panasyuk.
