Registration for media representatives interested in covering the 26th Annual Session of the OSCE PA (Minsk, 5 — 9 July, 2017) is open.
Representatives of the international media can apply for accreditation with an online form at form at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website: http://mfa.gov.by/en/acredditform/. Journalists should indicate that the purpose of accreditation is coverage of the OSCE PA Annual Session.
The representatives of international media who already have valid accreditation from the MFA of Belarus and who are interested in covering the mentioned event must submit a corresponding application to the MFA press service.
In order to get accreditation, the representatives of Belarusian media must download and fill in an accreditation application form.
Application forms for accreditation of the representatives of Belarusian media (together with the filled up forms) are signed by the head of editorial team and sent to the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus via fax: + 375 (17) 203-98-35, and via e-mail: email@example.com, with the note «accreditation of the media for OSCE PA in Minsk» in the e-mail’s title.
The deadline for submissions of applications to cover the 26th Annual Session of the OSCE PA is 16 June 2017.
Accreditation badges will be handed out to the media representatives on 4 July 2017, from 10:00 to 18:00 in the President Hotel (18 Kirov str., Minsk) after presentation of accreditation card from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus (for international journalists) and passport (for Belarusian journalists).
